Tools that make
the day
actually happen.

FLX Create builds software for the gap between knowing what to do and doing it. Small, fast, opinionated products — designed around attention, not features.

FLX Time

In active development
Time-blocking, rebuilt for execution

One task.
One timer.
No list to argue with.

Most planners are good at capturing intentions and useless at the moment you actually have to start. FLX Time shows exactly one block at a time — what you're doing now, how long is left, and nothing else competing for the decision.

It scores a day at 85%, not 100%, so one missed block doesn't void the week. When the day slips, one tap reflows everything flexible around the parts that can't move — classes, shifts — instead of leaving a plan that's already wrong.

Creo

Business formation, without the busywork

Start a real business.
Skip the paperwork.

Creo takes the parts of starting a business that stall people — the filing, the email, the address — and does them on the owner's behalf. It registers the business name through a licensed partner, creates and manages the @yourbusiness inbox so nobody has to set up Google Workspace themselves, and sources the office: a virtual one for a legal address, or a real physical space found and secured for them.

The intake is a branching path, not a form — each answer decides what comes next, so a mobile plumber and an online shop never see the same questions. A domain check runs alongside it, optional.

How the studio works

Approach

01

Built for one person first

Every product starts as something solving a real problem for a real person, used daily before it is shown to anyone. Features that survive that are the only ones that ship.

02

Attention is the constraint

Interfaces are designed around what a distracted brain can process in two seconds — one focal point per screen, colour as signal, and no dense dashboards asking you to decide.

03

Local-first, honest by default

Data stays on the device unless there's a reason it shouldn't. No accounts to abandon, no analytics you can't see, and limitations stated plainly instead of designed around.

Who

About

FLX Create LLC is an independent software studio founded and run by Jose Flores in Los Angeles.

The studio exists because of a specific frustration: managing two businesses and a full course load while having ADHD, and finding that every planning tool on the market was excellent at making plans and useless at helping anyone follow one.

Alongside the studio, Jose runs floor and inventory operations at Tacos Poncitlán, a family restaurant, and is completing coursework at Pasadena City College toward a transfer to USC. The products are built in the gaps between — which is exactly why they're designed for people whose days don't have neat edges.

The studio ships two products today: FLX Time, for getting a planned day actually executed, and Creo, which takes the paperwork of starting a business off the person starting it.
